TATTOO APPOINTMENT

Please eat and hydrate before your appointment.
You will need to provide a government issued photo ID.
DO NOT apply numbing cream to your body prior to your session without notifying me first.
DO NOT arrive sunburnt on the tattoo area.
DO NOT bring more than one person with you - and no children under the age of 13 years old.

**You risk having to reschedule your appointment if you do not follow the above guidelines.**

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

I require a minimum of 48 hour notice if you have to reschedule your appointment. Less than 48 hour notice and your original deposit will be forfeited. I will accommodate ONE reschedule per design with proper notice. If you need additional reschedules, your original deposit is forfeited and you will be required to place an additional deposit to get back in my schedule.

LOSS OF DEPOSIT

You will lose your deposit and any remaining appointments if you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, if you don't provide minimum notice for rescheduling, if you need to reschedule more than once, and/or if you get my artwork tattooed by anyone other than myself.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

I currently accept Cash, Cash app, Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle. If you need a different payment option, please reach out to me and I will happily work something out with you.
